Return window: 30 days after delivery

We want you to feel confident shopping with NOVOFINDS. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn where applicable, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

2. How to start a return
To request a return, contact us at info@novafind.shop with your order number, the email used at checkout, photos if relevant, and the reason for the request. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue and help make it right.

4. Non-returnable items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, final sale, clearance, custom or personalized product restrictions, supplier limitations, or other reasons permitted by law. Gift cards and digital items are generally non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to complete the return process for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

7. Shipping costs
Original shipping fees, handling fees, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

8. European Union cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
